Graham Mew is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in Executive Management, IT and Consulting. He brings a wealth of experience with strengths in business strategy and execution, risk management, succession planning, operations, marketing, business systems, and product development and management from initial concept to successful launch.
Having lived and worked in over 5 countries he has a wealth of international experience within the North American, Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific markets and cultures, Graham has seen firsthand the impact of both positive laws and social changes towards the environment as well as where communities are devastated by the total non-regard for the environment. This has led him to be a part of the movement to investigate the long-term impact the environment has on health of our communities.

Kristy Skadow has 20 years of project development and project management experience over a variety of creative ventures mostly in the film and television industries.
She was bitten by the Energy from Waste (EfW) bug while hired as a consultant and found Energy from Waste (EfW) to be a story certainly worth telling.
In one lifetime we have seen our oceans filled with plastics impacting our environment in negative and serious ways! It is now time to use the technology that we have available right now to protect our air, land and water. Our leadership team will be continuously refined and filled with experts in a variety of fields, including a bio-waste engineer, and a boiler engineer.

Dennis Davis
Dennis Davis is a multi-talented individual with 35 plus years as an aviation engineer. He holds a commercial pilots license, with flight hours in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. His maintenance background is both in general aviation, and the commercial aviation industry with over 30 years of extensive hands-on work with the extremely sophisticated systems of commercial aircraft. He is a federally licensed to certify general aviation and commercial aircraft systems as airworthy. In addition to his aviation background, Dennis has been a businessman, starting multiple businesses, achieving awards in very competitive markets as well as a motivational speaker.
Dennis joined G&K in 2018 with the desire to address one of our world’s most serious problems, that being landfill waste in our environment. With Dennis’ background in the technical and communications area, he is a dedicated supporter of the preservation of our environment. Wanting to bring real world solutions to the mountains of waste that is clogging our landfills, our streams, and our oceans.
Nader Ajlouney
Nader Ajlouny is an experienced entrepreneur, as well as an experienced business owner who has been in the sign, marketing and advertising business for over 25+ years. As the owner of multiple businesses under the Ajlouny umbrella his main exploits have been producing billboards, advertising, and marketing for North Carolina businesses since he began in 1981. In 2010 he expanded that business to focus not just on traditional media platforms, but expanding into the growing digital technology and digital out-of-home media platforms. Through his hard work Nader has created a well-rounded media company that offers all businesses a full range of sign, advertising, static & digital marketing services, solutions and more.
The environment has always been of interest to Nader and how technology can be used to help preserve the Earth and its resources and utilize them in ways to create EFW solving multiple problems the world faces today. This has led Nader to build relationships along the way that have led him to his involvement with G&K Associates, Inc. to assist with their growing efforts and campaigns to create “Energy from Waste”. In doing so Nader has become a valued asset to the G&K team, its growth plan, as well as its continued efforts to create a cleaner planet, saving the environment and creating solutions and facilities that are equipped in solving these global waste problems.
